How to submit Trouble Tickets/Support Requests
You may submit a Trouble Ticket by logging onto
your control panel with the URL
http://yourdomainname/login.html
, clicking on Support Center in the left hand menu then clicking on
Trouble Ticket . Of course you must submit your real domain
name for yourdomainname in the above URL
Or you may go to our web site and click on the fifth button titled "Control
Panel Log In " You will
need your username and password to log in to the control panel. If
you have forgotten your password you may request if to be sent to you
from this page.
If you can not log into your account Control Panel:
If you are unable to log into your
control panel for any reason then use
support@web-hosting-service.com
to submit a support request.
But Please use your Support Center Trouble Ticket System if you
can. This allows us to provide faster support to you than the
support@web-hosting-service.com
email address.

sales@web-hosting-service.com, etc, as this will cause details as these must
be forwarded to support. We want to help you as fast as possible
so please use the Trouble Ticket Support Center in your control panel or
the support email address.
If it is necessary to talk with you to resolve the support problem we
will call you once we have received the support ticket.
